ASMA HILAL LOOTAH – FOUNDER & OWNER OF THE HUNDRED PILATES STUDIO, DUBAI
Asma Hilal Lootah is an Emarati lady from the city of Dubai. In the year 2000, Asma graduated from the George Washington University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and a minor degree in graphic design. Prior to opening her own business, Asma worked in Emirates Telecommunication corporation for five years. Asma is an active sports enthusiast. She has tried various types of sports ranging from wall climbing to scuba diving, all of which she enjoyed. In the summer of 2009 she climbed Mount Fuji, Japan’s highest mountain. In 2002, Asma tried, what was back then, a strange-sounding system of exercises called “Pilates” and she fell in love with the technique. Five years into her career with Etisalat, the idea of starting her own Pilates studio sparked. In January 2010, Asma won the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Award for Young Business Leaders in the health category. Asma does not believe in the impossible and anything can be achieved by determination.
WALID TEBARKI – CLASSICALLY CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR FROM THE PILATES CENTER IN BOULDER, COLORADO
Walid Tebarki from France has always been an active and dynamic person. The culture of sport is for him the first requirement for a healthy mind/body. Certified as a sports trainer since 2000 from a top caliber school in France (Creps de Montry), Walid participated actively in the national aerobic sports team (Aerobic & Fitness World Championship, 4th position) and in the national Kung Fu team (National Championship, 1st position).
Walid then embarked into his intensive Mat and the full Pilates equipment training in STOTT Pilates in Paris. Topping up his background with additional workshops by Peak Pilates and Body Balance. He then certified in Classical Pilates from Boulder, Colorado. He has also recently completed an Ashtanga-Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in Goa (India) to become a certified Yoga teacher. Although the experience was life changing and deeply rewarding, the Pilates method still stays true to his main passion, work and heart.
In addition to his Pilates and Yoga background, Walid is an active and avid choreographer and dancer performing for several artists and TV shows, events, theatre, music festivals. His style goes from street dance, house dance, hip hop, reggae, dance hall to jazz.
Walid has joined The Hundred Pilates Studio to offer Pilates Group and Private classes.
His Motto is to keep on practicing, practicing and practicing until you reach extreme skills – keep aiming high!
Jeanique Kalodjera is a former professional dancer, who moved all the way from Mauritius to Dubai nine years ago to perform with her dance troop at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Club. Over the next five years, her career flourished through a wide spectrum of sport jobs as she worked as a personal trainer, assistant gym manager and dance/Body Jam/Body Balance instructor. She also kept her passion for dance, performing in various dance shows throughout Middle East. After an injury, Jeanique discovered the Pilates Method and decided to take on the intensive 12 months program “The Pilates Method”, to obtain a teacher training diploma, from Boulder, Colorado. After successfully graduating, Jeanique has been enjoying teaching people on how to be in control of their own body, and have a positive mind set in day to day life. To stay close to her artistic roots, Jeanique takes Ballet classes and incorporates Pilates techniques to perfect her moves.
ELENA GONCEAROVA – CLASSICALLY CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR FROM THE PILATES CENTER IN BOULDER, COLORADO
Born and raised in beautiful Moldova, Elena claims she stopped aging after discovering Pilates at the age of 23. Having graduated as a classically certified Pilates teacher from The Pilates Centre in Boulder, Elena is now teaching beginner mat pilates, chair and private sessions at The Hundred Pilates Studio. She loves to cycle, swim to the more ‘extreme’ martial arts and motorsports during her free time – basically anything that allows her to move, breath and smile!
Her Personal Pilates Believe motto: “Pilates can create Super humans and I am always happy to teach you how to become one!”

BECKY HART – SPORT & EXERCISE SCIENCE BSC (HONS), CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER & CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST
Becky demonstrates a lifetime dedicated to fitness and health, with a passion for the art of movement and a mindful way of life to inspire active, unique and creative individuals towards their goals. Becky’s training is dynamic, challenging and fun. She works with you within the realms of your body towards your fitness goals with long term health and longevity as the ultimate goal. As a scholar, she is a graduate in Sport & Exercise Science BSc(Hons), a certified personal Trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and Co-active coach. As a practitioner, she is a 3rd Dan Blackbelt in Karate, Blue Belt Budokon Instructor, Studio Pilates and regular gym attendee.
Her favorite meal is breakfast time (especially Bircher Muesli topped with grated apple) & loves lazy breakfasts in the sun with friends! Workouts she loves are varied, but must include sweating, total body control and focus. In her free time she loves the beach, nature, a good book and music by Ludovico Einaudi.

DERRYN BROWN -BA SPORT PSYCHOLOGY, HFPA PERSONAL TRAINER, CERTIFIED PILATES & REHAB INSTRUCTOR
Derryn Brown was awarded best personal trainer in the UAE in 2010. She has been in a number of publications as well as the cover model for the Ultrafit Magazine in the UK. Her qualifications are BA Sport Psychology, HFPA Personal Trainer, Pilates level 1, Master Rehab trainer, Active isolated stretching and currently busy with precision nutrition, DNAlysis, and functional movement studies. She is passionate about health, fitness and over all well being. Derryn Brown offers clients dedicated private training sessions at home.
