Something for everyone

Here at The Hundred Wellness Centre we offer a range of fitness classes for all levels. Our fitness class schedule includes Classical Pilates, Super Circuit classes, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Gyrotonic. The Pilates Method is at the core of our business, and we offer a variety of classes including Pilates mat, reformer and circuit classes as well as private one-on-one sessions.

The Hundred Wellness Centre is unlike any other wellness destination in Dubai. Our classes never have more than 8 students in each workout, and our experts are some of the very best in the business. Because there are never more than 7 people with you in a class, our instructors are able to ensure that you get the most out of your workout – and avoid any injury from performing movements incorrectly. Every class feels like a bespoke experience.

Our private sessions provide a great introduction to our fitness methods for beginners, or offer dedicated training for advanced enthusiasts who want to take the next step. We also offer duet classes for two people. Contact us to find out more about private and duet classes here.

Our experts are on hand to hear your story and to develop a schedule that best suits your needs and your goals.  An initial assessment will determine your fitness and flexibility levels. Your individual strengths and weaknesses, unique pattern of muscular compensations, exercise and health history, and injury status are all examined.
