Body Weight Classes

The Hundred Body Weight classes are strength training sessions that do not require free weights or machines, you actually use your own bodyweight as the sole form of resistance for the entire workout. In this functional class our trainer will guide you through the session effectively targeting and building strength in relation to your own bodyweight, all while increasing flexibility, balance and core conditioning. This high energy workout utilizes the entire space of our FUNctional PLAYground to make it happen.. It’s a must try!
