the happiness program workshopIn the words of Joseph Pilates “Above all, learn how to breathe correctly.” At The Hundred Wellness Center we believe that happiness is a main factor in your wellness, so on June 25th we hosted an amazing introductory workshop “The Happiness Program” in which we learnt many things, one of which was how breath plays a huge role in stress relief and meditation. We are looking forward to the full workshop to be held in September.
