FitBall Sculpting Class
In this timed 45 minutes class, you will use a mixture of our three ‘Fitballs’: The Stability Ball, the Wall Ball, and the Medicine Ball. The Fitball Sculpting Class aims to make you stronger, and increase your stamina all while sculpting your muscles and transforming your body. There are countless benefits to using these balls in the exercises as they will push you to test your built-in balance and stability. Also, by making slight changes in body positioning while in the exercise, and using different balls, you challenge your muscles at different points in the range of motion, resulting in a true full body workout as you race against the timer!
