Valentina Cabreira Vieira


    Our fitness instructor is from Brazil and holds a BA in PE, and Pilates Method training and rehabilitation qualification. She is also certified in functional training and pre and post natal fitness.
  • What is your daily routine?
    Wake up early and drink a fresh juice made from vegetables and fruits. I exercise most of the days of the week, using same CIT method I use in my classes at The Hundred.
  • What is your goal as a Fitness Instructor?
    To help people to find their inner motivation to stay active and be responsible of their own health and wellbeing.
  • What books are currently on your bedside table?
    ‘Wisdom of the Body Moving’ by Linda Hartley and ‘Plaidoyer Pour Le Bonheur’ by Matthieu Ricard
  • What’s a big goal of yours?
    To dive in an obscure sea, where I won't have control of what I could face in there. I would be very happy to dive between sharks and whales!
