Leave it all at the gym! Join us for our Cross Interval Training classes and transform your body, with these unique, 45-minute, high-energy workouts at The Hundred Wellness Centre Dubai.

These classes will change the way you exercise. Highly addictive, our Cross Interval Training classes are led by expert trainers in our high-tech gym, located on the first floor of The Hundred Wellness Centre and feature exercises such as battle rope wave slams, weighted squats and lunges, short-bursts of cardio using the rowing and running machines and various other fun and challenging movements and sequences.

The Hundred Wellness Centre Cross Interval Training features two innovative classes – The Hundred Signature Interval Training and The Hundred Fusion Workout. Each class is 45-minutes in length and designed to help you achieve the very best from your workouts. The movements and sequences are constantly adapted and changed – meaning that every week, there is a complete different workout, which will keep you and your muscles on your toes!

The Hundred Signature Interval Training classes will help you increase cardiovascular capacity, lose extra fat and build and maintain lean muscle mass. In this class you will be taken through six different full body exercises, with a blast of cardio in between each of the six movements – which is repeated twice, during two cycles. The class includes:

  • 2 cycles of six exercises performed for 45-seconds each time
  • There is a 15-second rest after each exercise within the cycle
  • There is a 3-minute rest between the two cycles
  • The class all features the all-important warm up and cool down with fascia-lengthening movements (similar to those found in Yoga and Pilates)

The Hundred Fusion Workout classes will help you to get your heart rate up, shed weight, strengthen your muscles and improve mobility all at the same time. In this class you will be taken through eight different full body and single or multiple joint-isolated movements and exercisesThe class includes:

  • 3 cycles of eight exercises performed for 8-15 reps (cardio exercises are performed for 45 seconds)
  • There is a 15-second rest after each exercise within the cycle
  • There is a 3-minute rest between the three cycles
  • The class all features the all-important warm up and cool down with fascia-lengthening movements (similar to those found in Yoga and Pilates)
