We wanted to create a space that supports the wellness practices and ethos of the centre, and provides a vibrant and beautiful haven for our community to enjoy. A place to catch up with friends, wind down after a session, or enjoy one of the many hosted events and talks from our experts.

Our thoughtfully curated menu provides a blend of vitamin-rich, health-conscious cuisine including dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan options, with an emphasis on flavour.

Our Red Cabbage Salad is an excellent way to increase your vitamin intake, and our chewy chocolate cookie is gluten, dairy and refined sugar-free – the perfect pick-me-up, especially when paired with a cup of our specialty coffee at the best cafe in Dubai.
