Rapid Transformational Therapy: Harnessing The Power Of The Mind

November 7, 2020

Some people can go through episodes of anxiety, depression, and distress.  These cause them to draw back from experiencing life to the fullest. It also prevents them from achieving happiness, contentment, and feeling a sense of fulfillment.

Whatever the causes of their issues, these challenges have affected their daily activities, relationships, and interactions with the people around them.  For people who have gone through or are still experiencing such problems, it is never too late to seek help, be heard, and overcome their personal obstacles using apt treatments. One such method includes Rapid Transformational Therapy or RTT®.

The Power Of The Mind

For years, people have been talking about the connection between the physical body and the mind beginning from René Descartes’ famous postulations back in the early 1600s. We have also heard of the power of the mind over matter. That explains using our will power to overcome our physical challenges.

The principle works in a way wherein the mind uses its willpower to heal, and subsequently,  the individual starts feeling better as a result.  Several therapies that address mental health issues, such as RTT®, harness the power of the mind, especially the deepest recesses of our consciousness – or the subconscious.

Exploring The Subconscious

Rapid Transformational Therapy is the culmination of the best practices in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and neuroscience. Using these methods, the allied healthcare professional assesses the subconscious mind to gain insights into the individual’s beliefs, suppressed emotions, values,  defense mechanisms, long term memory, and desires.

It should be understood that the subconscious mind, unlike our conscious thoughts, stands true without reason or logic; it does not recognize criticism nor judgment. It is where our instincts reside- those that are innate and the ones that we have acquired through different experiences throughout our lives – including both good and bad.  Therefore, it is in the subconscious where one can bring root issues to the surface and render it invalid.

RTT® And The Subconscious

Using the process of hypnotherapy, the RTT® provider directly inputs positive suggestions to the subconscious mind that’s aimed to deliver therapeutic benefits, including releasing past trauma and negativity.  RTT® sessions usually involve different processes or stages wherein you enter a state of relaxation and peace of mind.

Clarity and Focus

Step one includes a pre-session concentrating on clarity and focus. This is usually a talk session with your therapist.  This is done to establish your goals and identify which issues you want to address, such as anxiety, procrastination, trauma, self-sabotage, smoking, weight, etc.

Accessing The Subconscious

After your pre-session, the actual RTT® Session commences as your therapist leads you to a state of deep relaxation. This is done through hypnosis, where your subconscious is revealed, and the therapist works to reprogram any negative thoughts and feelings to help achieve your goals.

The Ongoing Process

An audio recording is given to you by the therapists. You will then be instructed to listen to it daily at your convenient time. It should be noted that you need to be in a relaxed state when listening to it. This can continue from 30 to 40 days.
