Derryn Brown

Our resident Personal Trainer Derryn Brown embodies a lifelong passion for athletics and fitness, making her an inspiring and integral part of our team. Her journey began with a BA in Sport Psychology, further solidified by a personal training qualification through HFPA.

Derryn Brown

Derryn’s career has been marked by diverse experiences, including a stint with Emirates Airlines. Her dedication earned her the title of Best Personal Trainer in the UAE in 2010. Continuously advancing her expertise, Derryn has also completed courses in trigger point therapy, neuromuscular stabilization, Contrology, and CrossFit levels 1 and 2.

Derryn’s philosophy centers on helping clients achieve a healthier lifestyle through personalized training and nutrition guidance. Her holistic approach ensures that each individual reaches their personal fitness goals while fostering a positive attitude towards exercise.
