The Hundred Wellness Centre in Dubai is hosting a GYROTONIC® Level 1 Foundation Course from January 3-15, 2025, with January 9th off. Led by Marco Metoldo, this course will take place at the studio on Street 53 B, Villa 2, Jumeira 1. The training provides an in-depth understanding of the GYROTONIC® method, focusing on comprehensive instruction and practical application to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
Completing this GYROTONIC® foundation course will equip participants with the essential skills required to practice and potentially teach the GYROTONIC® method, laying the groundwork for advanced studies and deeper mastery of this innovative exercise system.
