The Hundred Wellness Centre in Dubai is hosting a GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course from April 19 – 25, 2025. This course, led by Carlotta Mannelli, will be held at the studio located at Street 53 B, Villa 2, Jumeira 1 in Dubai (UAE). The training aims to provide participants with a comprehensive introduction to the GYROTONIC® method, focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall well-being through rhythmic and flowing movement sequences.
Completing this GYROTONIC® training course will equip participants with the foundational skills necessary to practice and potentially teach the GYROTONIC® method, paving the way for advanced studies and a deeper understanding of this innovative exercise system.
