Start your morning immersed in nature with a rejuvenating class led by physiotherapist and Pilates instructor Sowon Jang. Held in the peaceful gardens of The Hundred Wellness Centre, this outdoor 60-minute class focuses on posture, core strength, breathwork, and full-body alignment.
Designed to energise both body and mind, the session encourages mindful movement and graceful flow. Participants will enjoy a refreshing wellness juice from 100 Café to complete the experience.
