ASHTANGA VINYASA METHOD
Ashtanga Vinyasa method of yoga is a dynamic practice, it is a continuously flowing sequence of movements called asanas only briefly interrupted by a series of static asanas.
In this yoga class, students move dynamically from one asana to another with constant attention to the breath. Most classes offer a combination of postures focusing on balance, power, fluidity, flexibility and alignment.
Some of the core benefits of this class include improved flexibility, posture and muscle strength, strengthening of the spine and an increase in blood flow to the organs – which helps with the bodies natural detoxification process.
