RTT session: The three stages of healing

RTT sessions are unique for each individual. The therapist takes the patient through a guided journey that lasts from 90 minutes to 2 hours. The sessions are very powerful, allowing the patient to break through and let go of pain, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back. 

The session is divided into 3 stages of healing. Here is what it looks like-

  • Clarity Coaching 

Here, the hypnotherapist creates a safe space for the patient to discuss and understand the intended outcome of the session. The patient can talk about a specific problem like anxiety, trauma, or weight issues and why they want to get over it.

  • RTT

The second stage of healing starts when the patient enters a deeply relaxed state. The therapist guides the patient to this stage through light hypnosis. As the session progresses, the patient starts a dialogue with their subconscious mind to uncover the issues that are holding them back. From there, the individual enters a path of peaceful acceptance of situations by eliminating fears and negative emotions. 

  • Audio Recording

At the final stage of therapy, the patient receives an audio recording to listen to daily. It encourages them to stay on the path of transformational changes and emotional healing. This personalized recording will be around 15 to 20 minutes and will guide their mind to achieve their goals. The recommended listening duration is 30 to 40 days after which a follow-up session is suggested to consolidate the issue and results.

RTT experience is different for everyone. As the sessions unlock areas of the subconscious, people may feel relaxed, sleepy, or a floating sensation. However, what you feel doesn’t indicate the effectiveness of the therapy. Your healing process will continue over the next few weeks after the session, allowing you to see everything in your life from a positive perspective and stay energized to reach your goals.
