At The Hundred we decided to give into ‘healthy’ temptation and whip up Derryn Brown – UAE Best Personal Trainer‘s latest guilt-free treat which is a delicious chocolate brownie recipe whizzed in the vitamix machine (use a normal blending machine if you do not own a Vitamix).
Combine the dates, almonds, cacao powder and chia seeds (optional) and blend them until the mixture is all smooth, place into a container and cut into squares, put it in the fridge for an hour. Asma decked her brownies with coconut shavings and they look, and taste – absolutely divine! Enjoy members! :)1 cup of dates
1 cup of almonds
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (purchase at the Organic Supermarket)
1 tablespoon of coconut shavings
