RTT® Sessions: 3 Essential Methods That Are Used In The Process

Rapid Transformational therapy® is a hybrid therapy that combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and CBT, to help people create practical, positive, and permanent changes from physical, emotional, and psychological pain. These changes are brought by reframing the core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions deep in the subconscious. Method one – Clarity Coaching Session

The first method of rapid transformational therapy® focuses on a clarity coaching session which is a detailed conversation with the therapist. The first method allows the therapist to understand what you want from the therapy, how you want to feel, and the outcomes you expect from the treatment. This, in turn, allows a therapist to plan out techniques and approaches accordingly. The clarity coaching session also enables you to point out any physical, emotional, and psychological pain you want to relieve yourself. Method two- RTT® Session 

In the second method, the RTT® Session is conducted depending on the information, goals, and outcomes you have discussed with the therapist under method one. The session is done under a state of light hypnosis, a very relaxed and calm state of mind of alpha brain waves where the door to the subconscious mind opens. By accessing the subconscious mind, you will get better clarity on running any unwanted behaviors in your lifestyle or those you want to get rid of. In addition, it helps your mind to reveal, eliminate and reprogram the situations in your life that are blocking you from achieving the goals or outcomes you are expecting from this therapy – as per what you discussed in the clarity coaching session. This process then allows you to free yourself from the blockages or restrictions that stop you from achieving what you want through a process of suggestion that bypasses the conscious mind, which then will allow your mind to accept suggestions it would previously have not accepted – before the therapy. 

Method three – The Audio Recording

Following method two, i.e., the RTT® session, personal transformation audio made just for you is provided to listen to daily for 30-40 days. While you can listen to the audio at any time, you have to make sure you’re in a relaxed state, sitting down and undisturbed. Your mind will eventually learn by repetition. The recording will rewire your brain to accept the new beliefs so that you will experience and result in an effective and permanent change. During this period, your therapist will check with you to ensure you’re getting the necessary support and encouragement throughout the transitional stage.
