Our ladies-only Pilates class is a great place to start your fitness journey. In our experience, many women wear several hats in their day-to-day lives: from pursuing a career to taking care of the house and family. This can often lead to burn-out, low energy levels, and a reluctance to spend your precious free time doing exercise.
At The Hundred, however, our best Pilates classes for ladies in Dubai are not only a great way to get strong and healthy, but also a place to connect and build friendships with like-minded women who will inspire and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

Please note: Instructor evaluation is required to participate in this class.
Advanced Level
This level is for experienced students, with a fully choreographed repertoire at a faster pace. At this level each exercise will challenge you differently to develop core strength, tone, and definition.
