Pilates is at the core of our business at The Hundred Wellness Centre in Dubai.
We offer a variety of classes including Pilates mat, reformer and circuit classes as well as private one-on-one sessions. Our pilates & yoga class schedule includes Classical Pilates, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Our private sessions provide a great introduction to our fitness methods for beginners, or offer dedicated training for advanced enthusiasts who want to take the next step. Duet classes are available for two people so bring a partner!
Our classes never have more than 8 students in each workout, and our experts are some of the very best in the business. Our instructors ensure that you get the most out of your workout – and avoid any injury from performing movements incorrectly. Every class feels like a bespoke experience.
Our experts are on hand to hear your story and to develop a schedule that best suits your needs and your goals. An initial assessment will determine your fitness and flexibility levels. Your individual strengths and weaknesses, unique pattern of muscular compensations, exercise and health history, and injury status are all examined. We then help you to set goals and your progress is regularly reassessed to determine each new round of target goals.
