What is the secret of health and wellness?
Eat healthy and be active everyday, but make sure that you do it everyday – it’s a lifestyle not a fad. It's hard, but remain focused and disciplined always and you will reap the rewards.
Who inspires you the most?
The people that know they have to change their lifestyles, do it, and have the discipline and courage to stay on the right course. These people are all around me at The Hundred Wellness Center.
