From France, Walid is a certified sports trainer and a classically trained Pilates Instructor, having studied at The Pilates Center in Boulder Colorado, USA. He is also a certified yoga teacher and has competed in aerobic, fitness and Kung Fu world championships.

I admire spiritual strength, so I look up to Mother Teresa and Abbe Pierre.
What is your mantra regarding fitness?
I concentrate on visualization and performance. It’s not just about building muscle; there is an entire mind, body and spirit combination in the process of fitness.

I am reading the Power of Quietness.

I couldn’t live without love. I love what I do and hope to help people.
