A highly qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist, Johanine Venter warms the hearts of everyone she comes across — her nurturing nature and remarkable way with children makes us extremely proud every day that we see her in action here at The Hundred.
She is a pioneering professional who is as passionate about celebrating neurodiversity as she is about helping those who experience it achieve their full potential. Before joining our ranks, Johanine led the U.A.E.’s Occupational Therapy Department, providing invaluable support to many clients. Her holistic approach prioritizes the specific needs of each individual and integrates the support of their family, school, and other healthcare providers for life-changing results.
Originally from South Africa, she has studied and worked around the world with clients from a wide range of backgrounds who experience neurodivergent conditions such as Autism spectrum disorder, attention deficits, developmental delay, dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder. She also holds the Ayres Sensory Integration Certification, allowing her to provide therapy to children with sensory integration and motor planning difficulties.
