The cornerstone of the 100 Café, Lawrence has been preparing delicious, nutritional fare for our clients for the past 13 years, honing his craft and delivering excellence every time. Having studied at Batangas State University in the Philippines, we have been lucky to have him at The Hundred Wellness Centre ever since he arrived in Dubai in 2010.
