This masterclass is perfectly suited to yoga, Pilates and GYROTONIC® instructors who want to enhance their knowledge to improve their clients’ spinal health. Master Trainer Marco will use his vast experience as a GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® educator to offer masterclass participants tips they can take straight into the studio and use with their clients. He will also address client issues commonly encountered by trainers and how to alleviate them safely and effectively.
