GYROTONIC® level 1 pre-training course

To register for this course, you must:
- Be an experienced GYROTONIC® student with a basic understanding of Level 1, Progression I exercises
- Must have taken a minimum of 10 classes with a Licensed GYROTONIC® Trainer before registering
- For students without access to GYROTONIC® classes, a three-day introductory course covering Level 1, Progression I exercises is recommended before the Pre-Training Course
Purpose
To provide a foundational understanding of GYROTONIC® Level 1 exercises and physically prepare students for the Level 1 Foundation Course. During the course, students gain practical experience and develop a personal connection with the Pre-Training Course exercise list.
What You Will Gain
- Build a solid foundation in the GYROTONIC® Level 1 method
- Learn essential movement sequences needed for the Foundation Course
- Improve body awareness, coordination, and flow
- Receive personal guidance and corrections from Pre-Trainer Carlotta Mannelli in an immersive setting
Upon Successful Completion
Students who successfully complete the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training Course may proceed to the Level 1 Foundation Course.
- The Foundation Course must be taken no later than 3 months after completing Pre-Training
- Extensions are available if additional time is needed
