GYROTONIC^® level 2 program 1 pre-training course

Course Purpose

This three-day course introduces licensed trainers to the GYROTONIC^® Level 2, Program 1 repertoire.
It focuses on:

• Preparing participants for the full Level 2, Program 1 Course
• Building confidence with advanced movement patterns
• Deepening personal practice and teaching readiness

What You Will Gain

• This must be completed within one year of attending the pre-training.

Upon Successful Completion

Trainers who complete this pre-training will be eligible to enroll in the full GYROTONIC^® Level 2, Program 1 Course. This must be completed within one year of attending the pre-training.
